Crunchy Chunky Mud Pie
- 1-1/4 gal. chocolate ice cream, softened
- 6 each OREO Pie Crust
- 1-1/4 gal. coffee ice cream (#40 scoop)
- 3 cups hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1-1/4 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
- 3 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1-1/2 cups PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
- Spread 3 cups of the chocolate ice cream into each crust.
- Top each with 3 cups (24 # 40 scoops) of the coffee ice cream; drizzle with 1/2 cup of the chocolate topping and sprinkle with 1 cup of the OREO Pieces.
- Spread 2 cups of the whipped topping over each pie; sprinkle with 1/4 cup peanuts.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut each frozen pie into 8 pieces to serve.
