Sinigang Na Baboy

  1. In a large pot, bring water and pork to a boil.
  2. Add tomatoes, oni salt and tamarind.
  3. Simmer 1 hour or until pork is tender.
  4. Taste for seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add green beans and radish 10 minutes.
