Lorraine's Baked Butternut Squash Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a casserole (9 x 11).
  3. Pare squash, remove seeds (throw away seeds).
  4. Cut squash into chunks and boil till tender; drain.
  5. Mash.
  6. Add in butter, salt and pepper and brown sugar.
  7. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix.
  8. Put mix in buttered casserole.
  9. Dot with butter mixed with a little cinnamon.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min to one hour.
  11. Enjoy!
