Pork Steak And Limas Recipe

  1. Soak limas over night.
  2. Drain.
  3. Brown pork steaks and onion in warm fat.
  4. Put limas in casserole, add in seasonings and water; top with steaks and onion.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Mix brown sugar and vinegar and pour over steaks.
  7. Bake 15 min more.
