4 Points Plus - Flank Steak With Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Chimichurri sauce: combine herbs, garlic, vinegar, oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and crushed red pepper in bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine taco seasoning with 1/2 tsp salt.
  6. Rub on steak.
  7. Broil steak 5 inches from heat to desired doneness (about 5 min for medium).
  8. Slice against the grain into 18 slices.
