Breakfast smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1 orange
- 1/4 pineapple
- 5 strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup oat meal
- 1/4 cup dry fruits
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 dash honey
- 1 ice
- Blend together all the ingredients and enjoy.
