Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages

  1. Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done.
  2. Drain off most of the fat and put the onion marmalade on top aswell as the wine and finish in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Place sausages on a bed of mashed potato then add alittle more red wine to the pan and stir the gravy then pour on top and serve.
  4. ( i ALWAYS add cheese to the mashed potato and a little mustard powder for a bit of a kick)
  5. Delish!
