Another Crock-Pot Roast.........

• 1 beef roast
• 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
• 1 -2 tablespoon liquid smoke
• 1 (1 ounce) packet brown gravy mix
• 1 12 cups water

1. Place roast in crockpot.
2. Sprinkle evenly with packets and liquid smoke.
3. Place water in crockpot.
4. Turn on low.
5. ( Try not to dump it on top of the roast -- ).
6. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
