American Ipa Recipe

  1. Mash in at 123 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Raise to 153 degrees for 60 min.
  3. Mash off at 172 for 10 min.
  4. Ferment at 60-68 degrees.
  5. Dry hop with 1 oz whole Cascades, preferably in secondary but primary will work.
  6. Think Liberty on this one.
  7. Enjoy.
