American Ipa Recipe

- 8 x 10% Crystal 40
- 1 1/4 ounce Whole Cascade 60 minute Boil
- 1 ounce Cascade 30 min
- 2 ounce Cascade Added a handful at a time The last 15 Min-last 2 min American, London, British Or possibly German Ale yeast (or possibly any cultured ale you Like) Pale malt
- Mash in at 123 degrees for 30 min.
- Raise to 153 degrees for 60 min.
- Mash off at 172 for 10 min.
- Ferment at 60-68 degrees.
- Dry hop with 1 oz whole Cascades, preferably in secondary but primary will work.
- Think Liberty on this one.
- Enjoy.
