Banana Split Ice Cream Cake
- 12 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 (72 ounce) package Oreo cookies
- 1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 (5 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
- Let vanilla ice cream soften until it can be evenly spread.
- Crush Oreo's into fine pieces and pour evenly into a 9 x 13 dish.
- Add Ice cream by spreading smoothly over crushed Oreo's, approximately 3/4-1 inch thick.
- Put in freezer to let ice cream harden.
- Mix pudding with whipped topping.
- Add mixture by spreading evenly over ice cream.
- Put sliced bananas and strawberries on top of pudding and whipped topping mixture.
- Layer drained pineapple on top of bananas and strawberries return to freezer until ready to serve.
