Pork Ribs
- 4 pounds Country Style Pork Ribs
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cups Molasses
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Onion, Small, Diced
- 4 cloves Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- Allow the ribs to sit out at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Once the oven is ready and the ribs have sat out, salt and pepper them on all sides to season as they bake.
- Place them in a large roasting pan, adding the water to keep them moist in the oven.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- While they are baking, mix the remaining ingredients in a small pot and cook for about 15 minutes being careful to prevent scorching.
- This will be your barbecue sauce.
- Now, when the ribs are done, drain any liquid out of the pan and pour the sauce over them.
- Let them sit for a few while you heat your grill to about medium/ high heat.
- Now, put them on the grill and keep them there until the ribs are sizzling and the edges are crisping.
- Remember they are cookedyou just want to add some grilling flavor.
