Coconut Cake

  1. Place pineapple in blender to puree.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, pineapple, liquid (from juice and water);mix.
  3. Bake in greased and foured 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. When done, punch holes in cake (use wooden spoon handle) and pour cream of coconut over cake.
  5. When cool, frost with Cool Whip and top with coconut.
