K-Jons Hot Dog Sauce
- 1 lb ground chuck (85% or leaner)
- 1 cup onion, diced fine
- 4 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 14 cup yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons parsley (dried )
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- -add liquids in stock pot.
- -crumble beef and tomato paste with hands in liquid until no chunks are left.
- -add the rest of ingredients and bring to boil uncovered
- -reduce to desired consistency, about 2 hours.
- -season to taste.
