Brisket with Portabella Mushroom Sauce

  1. Sprinkle brisket with pepper and wrap in heavy duty foil, leaving an opening at the top.
  2. Place in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix water, soup, gravy, garlic and Italian dressing together.
  4. Pour the mixture on top of the brisket and sprinkle with mushrooms.
  5. Seal the foil.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 8 hours or until very tender.
