Seafood Grilled in Foil

  1. Place fillets on a piece of tin foil.
  2. Place the onions, lime and garlic on top of the fillets.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle some capers on top.
  4. Add a little butter and oil.
  5. Close foil, making a tent, then put on the grill.
  6. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, until just opaque and tender.
