Butter and Soy Sauce Flavored Spinach and Corn

  1. Blanch the spinach, cut into about 5 cm pieces, and wring out tightly.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly stir fry the spinach.
  3. Add the corn and continue stir frying.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle in the soy sauce, mix lightly and it's done.
