Chicken Dorito Casserole Recipe
- 1 lg. fryer, cooked and boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Chili sauce to taste
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 onion, minced fine
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Garlic and black pepper to taste
- 4 c. Dorito chips
- 8 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
- Cook and bone chicken, reserving 1 1/2 c. broth.
- Combine soups, chili, spices and broth.
- Grease bottom of casserole pan.
- Put 2 c. of Doritos on bottom of pan.
- Spread half of chicken over this layer, then half of soup mix.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
