Italian Salad
- 3 gal. romaine lettuce, torn
- 3 gal. green leaf lettuce, torn
- 1-1/2 gal. tomatoes, chopped
- 1-1/4 gal. low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3-1/4 qt. pepperoni slices, halved
- 3-1/4 qt. red onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 3-1/4 cups pitted black olives, sliced
- 1-1/4 gal. KRAFT Ranch Dressing (FS)
- Toss lettuces in large bowl.
- Place evenly on individual serving plates.
- For each serving: Top each salad with 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/3 cup cheese, 1/4 cup pepperoni, 1 Tbsp.
- onions and 1 Tbsp.
- olives.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- dressing.
