Pomegranate glaze pork chop

  1. Im small bowl stir together salt,cinnamon and pepper.
  2. rub on both sides of pork chops.
  3. In small non stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
  4. .
  5. cook pork chop over medium heat heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until lighting brown and turning once.
  6. remove from skillet and keep warm
  7. In same skillet combine pomegranate juice and sugar.
  8. bring to boiling.
  9. boil, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is reduced to half.
  10. Return pork chop to skillet.
  11. cook, uncovered, about 1 minute more or until sause thickens slightly and pork chop is done.
  12. Transfer to serving plate.
  13. Sprinkle with onions
