The Dip
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can white corn
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup oil
- combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
- on the stove top, combine the last three ingredients.
- cook until the sugar dissolves, while stirring constantly.
- once cooked, pour over veggies, mix and refrigerate.
