Sour Cream Chili Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pinto beans, liquid removed
- 1 (10 ounce.) can warm enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (sharp) save 1/2 c.
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Fritos
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Brown beef and drain.
- Stir in liquid removed beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 c. shredded cheese and onion.
- Set aside 1 c. Fritos.
- Crush remaining Fritos and stir into above mix.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Bake covered 30 min in 375 degree oven.
- Spoon lowfat sour cream atop casserole.
- Sprinkle the 1 c. of Fritos to edge and sprinkle the 1/2 c. cheese over which and bake uncovered 3 min.
