OREGANO & PARMESAN CRACKERS
- 200 grams butter
- 1 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/3 cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven 180c
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix them with your hands until you have a homogenious mixture
- Your cracker dough must be soft and buttery
- Let your dough rest in the fridger about 20 min or sp
- Roll your dough with a rolling pin about 1 cm high
- Cut your crackers evenly using a pizza blade
- Cook your crackers about 20 min or until they get brown
- Let your crackers cool for a while
- You can serve them with wine or as a coctail snack
