Savoury Veggie Nachos

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, chili powder and cumin.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to heat-safe bowl.
  5. While still warm, add cheese and stir.
  6. Let cool.
  7. To serve, spoon bean mixture across multigrain Tortilla chips.
  8. Top with shreddedlettuce, avocado, Tostitos salsa and sour cream.
