Grape Tomato, Green Onion and Lemon Orzo
- 6 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Orzo Pasta
- 13 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 7 whole Grape Tomatoes, Cut In Half
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, then add orzo and cook according to the orzo package directions.

- While orzo is cooking, prep your green onions, grape tomatoes and garlic.
- 3.
- When orzo is cooked through add your green onions, grape tomatoes and garlic.
- Mix to combine and allow it all to boil together for about 30 seconds (super quick).
- Remove pot from the heat.
- 4.
- Dish it into a bowl using a slotted spoon.
- 5.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
