Marinated Roast Portabella Mushrooms

  1. clean the mushrooms, taking care to not overwash.
  2. Remove the hard end of the stems.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1 gal zip bag.
  4. Shake to mix.
  5. Add mushrooms to bag and shake to coat mushrooms with marinade.
  6. Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal bag.
  7. Place bag in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning every hour.
  8. Grill over indirect heat using hardwood smoke, roughly 10 minutes.
