Spicy stuffed mushrooms
- 8 oz white mushrooms
- 8 oz bulk spicy sausage
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
- 1 tbsp horseradish mustard, I used French's brand
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Mix the sausage and onions together.
- Remove stems from mushroom caps and fill with sausage onion mix.
- Stick a chunk of mozzarella cheese into the center of each stuffed mushroom.
- Put into oven and bake 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes raise temperature to 450 Fahrenheit leave in 5 minutes after it reaches 450.
- Take out let sit 5 minutes.
- Add horseradish mustard.
- Serve hope you enjoy
