Spicy stuffed mushrooms

• 8 oz white mushrooms
• 8 oz bulk spicy sausage
• 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
• 1 tbsp horseradish mustard, I used French's brand
• 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
2. Mix the sausage and onions together.
3. Remove stems from mushroom caps and fill with sausage onion mix.
4. Stick a chunk of mozzarella cheese into the center of each stuffed mushroom.
5. Put into oven and bake 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes raise temperature to 450 Fahrenheit leave in 5 minutes after it reaches 450.
7. Take out let sit 5 minutes.
8. Add horseradish mustard.
9. Serve hope you enjoy
