Mozzarella Bites
- 3/4 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 8 ounces, weight Block Of Mozzarella, Cut Into 3/4 Inch Chunks
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil, For Frying
- Ranch Or Marinara For Dipping
- Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Dip mozzarella in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs mixture on both sides.
- Arrange cheese onto a plate.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the cheese in the hot oil until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce of choice.
