Skillet Fish with Lemon-Walnut Pesto

  1. Mix 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing and 1 Tbsp.
  3. lemon juice in shallow dish.
  4. Add fish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish.
  5. Refrigerate 10 min.
  6. Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, remaining lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, nuts and cheese.
  7. Remove fish from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture.
  8. Cook fish in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  9. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  10. Spoon rice onto platter; top with fish and pesto.
