Chicken & Chip Layered Casserole
- 10 ounces, fluid Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 15 ounces, weight Cool Ranch Doritos Chips
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 2 stalks Scallions, Sliced
- 15 ounces, weight Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a 9x12x3 baking dish, combine soup and milk.
- Add shredded chicken and black pepper on top in an even layer (yes, itll fall into soup mixture, and that is fine).
- Add Doritos evenly across the top, followed by diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and black beans.
- Sprinkle cheese blend over the entire dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and allow casserole to sit in the oven a few minutes in residual heat to brown cheese.
- Cut and serve with a dollop or two of sour cream!
