Pecan Coconut Topped Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and lightly floura 13x9 inch baking pan and set aside.
  3. Beat cake mix, mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods preferred), water, and eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Beat on medium speed scraping sides occasionally, 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Combine coconut, brown sugar, and pecans in small bowl and set aside.
  7. Bake cake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with coconut mixture.
  8. Continue baking 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely on wire rack.
  10. To serve, cut into squares.
