Chicken Wings in Beer Sauce
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Chicken Wings
- 2 cups Light Beer
- Mix garlic, curry and salt in blender.
- Blend until you get smooth paste.
- Rub the wings with the paste and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (392 degrees F).
- Remove the chicken wings from the fridge and put in deep greased roasting tin.
- Pour the beer over the wings.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve the chicken wings with young boiled potatoes.
