  1. Over med-high heat brown bacon with onion until onion is almost completely caramelized.
  2. Add garlic and finish sauteing.
  3. About 10-12 min too finish bacon and onions.
  4. Pour chicken stock into pan; add brussel sprouts.
  5. Bring liquid to a boil while scraping browned bits from pan.
  6. Stir mixture until sprouts are completely coated with liquid.
  7. Place cover on skillet, lower heat to med and simmer until brussel sprouts are cooked through yet firm.
  8. About 15 min.
