- 6 slice Bacon
- 1 small Onion diced
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 2 lb Fresh or frozen Brussel Sprouts
- Over med-high heat brown bacon with onion until onion is almost completely caramelized.
- Add garlic and finish sauteing.
- About 10-12 min too finish bacon and onions.
- Pour chicken stock into pan; add brussel sprouts.
- Bring liquid to a boil while scraping browned bits from pan.
- Stir mixture until sprouts are completely coated with liquid.
- Place cover on skillet, lower heat to med and simmer until brussel sprouts are cooked through yet firm.
- About 15 min.
