Fluffy Grasshopper Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. Gently stir liqueur into whipped topping in container; stir into gelatin.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Refrigerate until mixture will mound.
  8. Spoon into pie shell.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  10. Garnish with chocolate curls or mint sprigs.
