Aloo Ko Achar (Potato Salad) Recipe

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets.
  2. When done, peel and cut into small pcs.
  3. In a suitable bowl, combine potatoes, turmeric, salt, grnd sesame seeds, lime juice, half of the green coriander and water and mix thoroughly.
  4. In a small pan heat mustard oil till warm; add in cumin seeds and red chiles.
  5. Fry them till brown and then add in jalapeno pepper.
  6. Let it cook a minute or possibly so.
  7. Pour it over potatoes in the bowl and mix them thoroughly; garnish with remaining green coriander leaves.
  8. SERVES: 6-8
