Chicken With Barbecue Sauce
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut in half crosswise
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 34 cup Bisquick
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Pour 1/2 of melted margarine into rectangular (13x9x2) baking pan.
- Flatten chicken.
- Mix egg and water.
- Mix Bisquick with paprika.
- Dip chicken into egg, then coat with baking mixture.
- Place chicken in pan, drizzle with remaining margarine.
- Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
- Turn chicken, bake 8-10 minutes longer.
- Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
