Gingerbread Cake

  1. Place flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in mixing bowl.
  2. Blend
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until well blended.
  4. Poor into well greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes or until gingerbread springs back when lightly touched in center.
  6. serve warm with Cool Whip or Europe Cream.
