Slow Cooker Cassoulet Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high setting for 1 hour; reduce heat to low setting.
  3. Continue to cook for at least 4 hrs or possibly up to 8 hrs.
  4. Makes six 1 c. servings.
  5. OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Combine all ingredients in 3 qt casserole.
  7. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till vegetables are tender, stirring once after 20 min.
