Yummy Stuffed Shells With Ground Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil
  3. Drop in the pasta shells until it comes back to a boil.
  4. Cook only until a lil firm in the middle still.
  5. While the shells are cooking brown beef and onions until no longer pink.
  6. Drain excess grease
  7. Stir in the Tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, oregano, and garlic powder., and flaky pepper.
  8. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5-8 minutes
  9. Spread half of the beef mixture into the bottom of a glass baking dish
  10. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
  11. Stir in Regatta Cheese, half the bag of Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper
  12. Drain cooked noodles and run under cold water to make them easy to handle
  13. Spoon cheese mixture into each shell and set the in rows in the glass baking dish
  14. After all shells are complete, pour the remaining meat mixture over the top of the completed shells.
  15. Top with the rest of the bag of Mozzarella Cheese
  16. Bake in the preheated oven about 30 minutes
  17. Dig in and enjoy!
