Leah's Vegetarian Passover Soup

  1. Saute onions in oil until translucent
  2. place all vegetables in crockpot or stock pot
  3. add enough water to cover the vegetables
  4. Add consomme, turmeric and garlic
  5. cook on high heat for 2 hours
  6. cook on low heat for at least 2 more hours.
  7. the longer the soup simmers, the more flavorful it becomes

cottonseed oil, onions, celery, carrots, kosher for passover, tumeric, water, garlic
