Quick and tasty pasta with sundried tomatoes

  1. Fill a pan with water and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the bayleaf, a little oil (to stop the pasta from sticking) and a pinch of salt.
  3. When the water is boiling add the pasta and boil according to instructions on the packet (about 10 mins)
  4. Prepare the other ingredients, finely slicing the turkey breast and tomatoes, chopping the sage and grating the cheese.
  5. Put some boiling water in your serving dish to warm it up.
  6. Dry the dish, drain the pasta and put it in the serving dish.
  7. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  8. Finally add lots of freshly ground black pepper, serve and, most importantly, enjoy!!
