Rum Cake Recipe
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. Bacardi dark rum (80 proof)
- If using yellow cake mix with pudding already in the mix; omit instant pudding, use 3 Large eggs instead of 4, 1/3 c. oil instead of 1/2.
