Fathers Day Drinking: Don Lockwood Cocktail

• 1 ounce Elijah Craig Bourbon
• 1 ounce Bowmore Islay Single Malt Whisky
• 3/8 ounce maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

1. In a chilled rocks glass, combine bitters, maple syrup and spirits.
2. Stir gently with a large rock of ice for several turns
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
