Caramel Apple Crisp

  1. Combine wafers with nuts, oats, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Cut in margarine.
  3. Mix until it resembles large crumbs.
  4. Pat 1/2 into a 6.5x6.5 baking dish.
  5. Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Toss apples in lemon juice and arrange on top of crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over apples, then sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
  8. Bake in microwave 4-5 minutes uncovered.
