Inexpensive & Healthy Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate with sake (not listed) for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add all the ingredients and onion to a frying-pan, and simmer for about 3 - 5 minutes over a low heat.
  4. When the onion changes colour slightly, add the chicken breasts, and continue simmering for another 5 - 10 minutes over low heat.
  5. When the chicken is cooked through, pour in the beaten eggs from the side of the pan, and stir slowly.
  6. Put the rice in a bowl, add the chicken and egg on top, and it's done!
