Chicken Peanut-Mandarin Salad
- 2 cups canned mandarin oranges (in juice), drained
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 12 oz. , cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing

- 2 16 fl oz bottles , favorite flavor
- Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; mix lightly.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
- Serve with 7 WHEAT THINS crackers per person.
