For Dieters: Konnyaku Garlic Steak
- 1 White konnyaku
- 1 Tiny garlic bulb
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Steak sauce
- Cut the konnyaku into 2 pieces horizontally.
- Score the surface in a diagonal crisscross pattern on both sides.
- This makes it easier for the flavors to penetrate.
- Slice the garlic.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the garlic.
- When it becomes fragrant take it out.
- Put a little steak sauce in the pan, and pan fry the konnyaku while coating it with the sauce.
- Cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces, top with the steak sauce and garlic and serve.
