Simple Refreshing Pork and Tofu
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1/4 Daikon radish
- 100 ml Mentsuyu
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Powdered Dashi (soup stock)
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Chopped leek (optional)
- Drain the tofu and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the ends off the mushrooms and shred.
- Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces and grate the radish.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the pork.
- When it is cooked through, add mushrooms and tofu.
- Add the ingredients marked and the radish, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat.
- Finally, add chopped leek and you're done.
