Simple Refreshing Pork and Tofu

  1. Drain the tofu and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the ends off the mushrooms and shred.
  3. Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces and grate the radish.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the pork.
  5. When it is cooked through, add mushrooms and tofu.
  6. Add the ingredients marked and the radish, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat.
  7. Finally, add chopped leek and you're done.
