Josie Collida's Gnocchi With Instant Potatoes

  1. Mix potato flakes with water.
  2. Add 2 beaten eggs.
  3. Work in 2 cups of flour.
  4. Knead, roll in 0.5 inch pieces.
  5. Roll each piece down with fork tines.
  6. Boil for 8 minutes or little bit less.
  7. Tomato Sauce:.
  8. Saute small chopped onion for 15 minutes add 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 4 oz can of mushroom and liquid and heat through.
