Healthy Egg White Scramble

  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once its crisply, remove it from the skillet onto a plate.
  4. Once its cooled a bit, crumble it.

  6. Separate the eggs whites and put them in a bowl with the two whole eggs.

  8. Add the cheese, bacon, salt and pepper into the eggs and mix to combine.

  10. Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat at medium-high heat.
  11. 5.
  12. When the pan is hot, add the onions and saute until translucent and slightly golden.
  13. 6.
  14. Whisk the egg mixture with a fork then pour over the onions.
  15. 7.
  16. Scramble until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
  17. 8.
  18. Serve and enjoy!
  19. Note: An egg substitute (such as Egg Beaters) can be used in place of the whole eggs and egg whites.
  20. Optional Ingredients: mushrooms, green peppers, artichoke hearts, turkey sausage, jalapenos, etc.
