Quiche-Like Fluffy Omelette
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Duxelle
- 1 tbsp Shio-koji minced meat
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped green onion
- 3 tbsp Parmesan (grated cheese)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Break the eggs into a bowl.
- Beat the egg and then mix in the ingredients marked with a .
- Add the ingredients marked with to a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the egg mixture from Step 1, as if you were making a normal omelette.
- Shape while gently mixing the contents with some cooking chopsticks in large cutting motions.
- Use the sides of the frying pan to fold the omelette over into a semi-circle.
- When folded, turn the heat down to low and flip over.
- If it's hard to keep the shape of the omelette, switch to using a spatula and cook until both sides are golden to complete.
- Cut into 6 equal pieces.
- About the Shio-Koji Minced Meat Normal minced meat and minced chicken also taste great in this recipe.
- You can add in the meat even if it's still frozen, so it's really convenient.
