Quiche-Like Fluffy Omelette

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat the egg and then mix in the ingredients marked with a .
  3. Add the ingredients marked with to a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the egg mixture from Step 1, as if you were making a normal omelette.
  5. Shape while gently mixing the contents with some cooking chopsticks in large cutting motions.
  6. Use the sides of the frying pan to fold the omelette over into a semi-circle.
  7. When folded, turn the heat down to low and flip over.
  8. If it's hard to keep the shape of the omelette, switch to using a spatula and cook until both sides are golden to complete.
  9. Cut into 6 equal pieces.
  10. About the Shio-Koji Minced Meat Normal minced meat and minced chicken also taste great in this recipe.
  11. You can add in the meat even if it's still frozen, so it's really convenient.
